Refund Policy
We understand that circumstances may change, and participants may need to cancel their registration. Therefore, we offer the following refund policy:
1. Full Refund:
o Available for refund requests made at least 7 days before the course start date.
2. Partial Refund:
o A 75% refund will be issued for requests made within 3 days before the course start date.
3. No Refund:
o No refund will be issued if the request is made on the day of the course start date or in the case of a no-show by the participant.
Additional Options, Considerations, and Important Notes
1. Transfer Option:
o Participants unable to attend their scheduled course may transfer their enrollment to a later course date without penalty, provided they notify us in advance.
2. Exceptions for Unforeseen Events:
o Refund requests due to unforeseen circumstances (such as medical emergencies) may be considered on a case-by-case basis. Documentation must be provided for evaluation.
3. Refund Eligibility:
o Refunds will not be issued for courses already attended or completed.
